Thursday 22 October
17.00 Arrival. It is important to be there before 18 o'clock when the
whole group gathers for a joint event.
18.00 Settling in and dinner.
19.00 Presentation of programme. Lotte and Tinne tell about the plan for
the weekend and the content and presentations.
19.30 Joint event with guest speaker and initiator. In a humorous way
the guest speaker will guide us through a couple of hours focusing
on trusting each other, daring to be yourself among others
and allowing yourself to take a break from everyday routines.
21.30 Fun, games, music.
Friday 23 October
07.00 Morning run.
08.00 Breakfast.
09.00 How do you choose to live with HIV? We work with this subject
the whole day.
Possible topics: smoking cessation / to get a boy or
girlfriend/telling about HIV, sexuality, safe sex, PEP treatment
etc. / living with HIV as a secret / taking pills everyday at specific
hours - how to remember? / being a worrior or victim in your
own life.
13.00 Lunch.
14.00 How do you choose to live with HIV? Continuation of the
programme for the day.
16.00 Going for a walk or run.
18.30 Dinner.
- There is no programme for the evening.
Saturday 24 October
07.00 Morning run.
08.00 Breakfast.
09.00 Focus on the body – exercises by Tinne and Lotte.
09.30 Presentation on relationships – followed by a debate by Tinne and
Lotte.
10.30 Break.
11.00 Presentation on sexuality – followed by a debate by Tinne and Lotte.
13.00 Lunch.
14.00 “Being creative”: 3 teams: music, exercise, painting.
17.00 Going for a walk or run - changing for gala dinner.
18.30 ”10-year anniversary gala evening”. Dinner indcluding
entertainment by the oldest members of the Youth Group.
Sunday 25 October
09.00 Breakfast.
10.00 Alex Laursen, MD, consultant tells about HIV. You can ask this
competent doctor questions about HIV. There are no stupid
questions - it is stupid not to ask when you have the opportunity.
12.00 Lunch and preparation of packed lunch for those who have to
travel a long distance.
13.00 Summing up and evaluation.
15.00 Departure and goodbye.
\ The trip is free of charge and transport can be reimbursed.
